What you’ll need to make a 2 servings of Strawberry Basil Bruschetta:
– 1 cup of strawberries, cut into quarters
– 2 tsp of balsamic glaze
– 6 baguette slices (cut at an angle)
– 1 oz. (1 package) of goat cheese
– Chopped basil for garnish
Directions:
– First stir the balsamic glaze in with the strawberries and let it marinate while you toast the baguette slices
– On a grill or stovetop griddle toast the baguette on each side for a couple minutes until it’s crispy and the edges are browned.
– Spread some goat cheese on each baguette, then top with marinated strawberries and basil.
